Supercharger Kits

Reeves Supercharger Rebuilds are supercharger specialists who maintain and install industrial air compressors and blowers. Reeves also supplies a large range of supercharger kits and solutions for several leading car brands. It includes factory fitted Eaton Superchargers for wide range of cars like Holden/GM, Mercedes-Benz, Buick, Jaguar, Toyota TRD (excluding Toyota SC12 & SC14 roots blowers), Ford and Mini Cooper.
There are a wide range of products offered by the service. It includes the Supercharger bypass valve to suit R52-53 Mini Cooper S and universal applications, Eaton Bypass Actuator, Rotor Coating, Drive Coupler and Needle Bearings for GM models. Reeves Supercharger Rebuilds offers supercharger servicing, which benefits customers who notice the rotors have begun to clash in their car.
The R52/53 Mini Cooper S bypass valve helps the car in increasing fuel economy and in giving a superior boost to the engine.  Reeves Supercharger Rebuilds can also strip and re-coat the rotor with Teflon which helps in reducing heat and extends wear ability.  A reliable bypass valve will ensure a smooth supercharger installation.
When the car possesses worn needle bearings, it can lead to unwanted loud noise inside the supercharger case. In time, it causes damage to the rotors and casing, which can lead to the supercharger getting permanently damaged. When Supercharger Needle Bearings replace the worn ones, it surrounds the drive shaft. This enables it to spin without any hindrance.
The supplier of supercharger kits also provides a Supercharger Rebuild service which includes replacement of the ball bearings, drive coupling, oil seals, needle roller bearings and gear oil. A three month service warranty from the date of service is also offered to customers.
Interested customers can also e-mail their requirements to the service. They will receive quotes based on the work details.

  1. Steve Carter says:

G’day there. Have just begun to hear an unusual loader than normal whine coming from engine bay.
We have owned the 2004 Mini cooper S since new and she has done 186,000km.
    What can you suggest?
New bearings required or a rebuild?
Presume that something should be done sooner, rather than have later gear teeth noises?
Appreciate your thoughts please, and the time required to repair.
    Regards, steve
